Where we are

Our structure is located in Viale Firenze, 7 about 100 meters from the beach and at the corner with Viale Regina Elena, the main avenue of the evening walk with bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors ... but also newsagents, pharmacies and mini-markets!

During the summer season events are organized in the square adjacent to our structure and a few steps away once a week is also set up the market.

A little more than 1 km away is the largest shopping center on the Riviera, Le Befane, where there are about 130 shops!

Also in the area, by car, you can also easily reach the play rooms for children (mucho mas, once upon a time Lab ...)!

We are located a few steps from the metro and bus stops with which you can reach the historic center of Rimini! In the evening the shops are closed, but it is full of monuments that you can also admire thanks to a guided tour organized directly by us once a week in the summer.

With the metromare you can also reach Riccione in a few minutes without having to worry about parking!

REACHING US IS VERY SIMPLE!

By Car
From the A14 motorway, exit "Rimini Sud"

• From the Rimini sud tollbooth, keep right and take the road towards CENTRO or MARE and continue straight on.
• At the roundabout in the shape of 8, VIA DELLA REPUBBLICA, take the 2nd exit and you will be in “VIA C.A. OF THE CHURCH".
• Continue straight and take the 2nd exit at the small roundabout so you will find yourself in "VIA FADA".
• Go straight on keeping the direction HOSPITAL and at the roundabout take the 1st exit, continue following the HOSPITAL signs.
• After passing the hospital complex on your right, you will find yourself facing a large roundabout. At this point, keep in the direction of the SEA and at the 3rd exit you will be in “VIA CHIABRERA“.
• Now you are practically there: you just have to go straight, pass the 2 CLOSE TRAFFIC LIGHTS you meet and, once you pass the underpass, you will find us 100 meters on the left.
• Arrive at the roundabout at the end of the street, use it to go back (then 4th exit) and park right in front of the entrance.
